How to bind a bank account in IWIN Malaysia?
- Tap on “Me” in the app.
- Select “Bank Account.
- Tap “Add Bank Account.”
- Choose your preferred bank.
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone — and you’re all set!
Why do I need to bind a bank account?
Binding your bank account ensures that withdrawals and deposits are verified and secure. It allows you to withdraw your IWIN Points safely to your personal account.
How to change or delete my bank account?
Tap on “Me.”
Select “Bank Account.”
Tap the “Edit” icon on the top right.
Delete or update your bank details.
⚠️ Note: The last remaining bank account cannot be deleted for security reasons.

The first character must be a letter (A–Z).
The last three characters cannot be all numbers.
The ID must be 6–15 characters long.
